If your looking to purchase or service a trailer I strongly believe these are the people to work with. I was impressed with their selection of parts and their overall level of service. We finally met and we closed on a new Diamond C dump trailer. He offered to meet with me when it worked for me, even on his day off. His responsiveness is something lost by a lot of other places. He sent emails and text messages with photos of inventory and quoted me very quickly. When I first spoke to Jeff he understood that I would be traveling some distance to tropic trailer. He went over options and details, to make sure I knew everything about what I was buying. Jeff is awesome and really went out of his way to make my experience buying a new trailer very easy.
I drove across from the east coast, because I believe there is no competition when searching for the right trailer dealer. He and his crew were the nicest, most efficient, incredible group of professionals that I could have asked for. Once we got there, Neil jumped right in to help and did all that he could do to get us back on the road to Marathon. This was a 30 minute trek backwards but we made it on 5 tires. The only one that could help us was Tropic Trailer in Fort Myers. We called the company we bought it from and they gave us three numbers in the area to call that were Continental Dealers. On our way down to Marathon Florida we stopped in Bonita Springs to get gas and to our surprise one of the wheels was at a 45 degree angle. Due to the fact the trailer was brand new, we made the assumption everything was a go with the trailer. We recently bought a brand new Continental Trailer from a local company in Tampa. What more can you want !! They get A+ in my book ! And they are kind enough to let us have some time to think about what we want. So here is what you get when you stop at Tropic Trailer employees that care about their customers,extremely knowledgeable, and honest not to mention kind and friendly. Assessing it spot on! Unfortunately our trailer needs a new Axle bc they do not make the hubs for our trailer, Neil explained to us after all said in done it might be better to purchase an entire new trailer. After having the boat and trailer towed over they immediately came out and were on top of the job. I cant begin to tell you how quick we were able to get some answers even at 430pm.

We thankfully were near Bass Pro (tracker service ) and thought we were in good hands! NOT!! we were told someone would call us first thing in the morning going on 3pm the next day we never heard a word, even after us calling them 3 times. Traveling across the Alley with our favorite Maverick flats boat we spun a hub on our trailer around 4pm. It is nice to know that your business is appreciated!!!! They are also dog friendly It was truly an excellent shopping experience. Being in sales most of my adult life, that kind of service was greatly appreciated!!! They made me feel special and appreciated. On the way out of the door, I was thanked again by another employee. Another gentleman approached me and thanked me also. She thanked me for shopping at Tropic Trailer. The cashier was extremely pleasant and carried on a conversation with me. They had the parts I ordered waiting behind the counter. I walked to front register told the lady what I was looking for. Before I walked in the front door, I was greeted by an individual that opened the front door for me and said thank you for stopping in. I drove from Cape Coral got there around 11:20. I called for two hub kits for my trailer.
